Data we hold about customers

Account email, organisation membership, plan and billing status, API key metadata, and logs of requests made with your API keys. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Website visitor analytics

When a customer installs our analytics snippet on their own site, we process visits on their behalf. We use no cookies for measurement, and we never store visitor IP addresses. Visitors are counted using a salted hash that rotates daily and cannot be linked across days or across sites.

Customers choose their retention period (30 days to 3 years), can export their data, and can erase it in one action.

Measurement panel

Panel participation in our browser extension is off until a person explicitly joins. Observations are domain-level only; full addresses, page content and form data are never collected. Pseudonyms rotate weekly, sensitive contexts are dropped, and published statistics are gated behind a minimum participant threshold.

Public intelligence

Our crawler collects publicly available information about websites, not about individuals. If a public page we crawled contains personal data and you want it removed from our index, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time through the support page. We respond within 30 days.
